Exchanges, Refunds and Faulty Items

Faulty Items
We try our best to check all products for faults prior to dispatch, however if you discover that a product is faulty, we will replace it and post it to you free of charge using our standard delivery method. Where stock is not available, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for that item.

If you receive a faulty item, please report it within 5 days of receiving the item to bubblegumdancecollection@gmail.com

Please include the following information:
-At least one photograph the faulty item, highlighting the fault (if no proof is provided there will be no refund or exchange)
-The order/invoice number this item was purchased on.
-Your preferred contact details.
-Your preference for refund or replacement.*
* While we will always try to meet your preference, this may not be possible in all situations. 

Wrongly Supplied
If you receive an order that has been incorrectly supplied (wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour etc), please send an email to bubblegumdancecollection@gmail.com and we'll arrange to have the error corrected as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If the item does not fit, this item can be exchanged for a different size only (not a different item) and all postage costs are at the customers expense for both returning the item and receiving the new size chosen.
We do not offer exchanges on briefs or leotards due to hygiene.

Exchange Conditions:
-Returned items must be unused, unwashed and have all labels attached.
-We do not accept refunds/exchanges on briefs for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
-No refund will be given on postage charges. You are required to pay any costs in returning the item to Bubblegum Dance Collection. Bubblegum Dance Collection is not liable for any loss or damage to the item during transit.


Instructions for an exchange for incorrect size ONLY:
-Please advise us within 5 days by sending an email to bubblegumdancecollection@gmail.com
-On your email please include your preferred contact details, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the order/invoice number this item was purchased on.
-Post your item and a printout of the above email to the postal address provided to you by email.
After inspecting your returned items, we will email you an invoice for the postage cost. This must be paid before we send out the exchange.

Please be aware, that an exchange can take up to 3 weeks from the time we receive the returned item to having the replacement to you as all items are made to order.
